Thanks to the revision surgery my doctor performed on my shoulder (which he performed using a closed technique instead of the open surgery that was originally recommended), I have been living my life as if I had never had surgery for the past 5 years. I would like to thank him very much for his caring approach and the wonderful operation he performed.

First and foremost, he's a truly wonderful person, a very humble doctor who does his job exceptionally well. My sister had surgery elsewhere before, but unfortunately, we didn't get the desired result. Then we contacted Dr. Bilal, and he performed the surgery again. Thankfully, thanks to him, my sister can now use her arm comfortably. He never withheld his care and support throughout the process. We can't thank him enough. I wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone.
